Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of ESC Escondido Masonry, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website.

Services

ESC Escondido Masonry provides professional masonry services including but not limited to brick repair, chimney work, stone installations, paver projects, and related construction services. All services are provided subject to availability and our professional assessment of project feasibility.

We reserve the right to refuse service for any project we determine to be unsafe, impractical, or outside our scope of expertise.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are good faith approximations based on our on-site assessment and industry experience. Final pricing may vary if unforeseen conditions or complications arise during the project. We will communicate any necessary changes to pricing before proceeding with additional work.

Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided unless otherwise specified.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your project contract. Typical arrangements include a deposit before work begins and final payment upon completion. We accept various payment methods as discussed during consultation.

Overdue payments may be subject to late fees as specified in your contract.

Project Timeline

We provide estimated completion timelines for all projects. While we make every effort to meet these timelines, delays may occur due to weather conditions, permit processing, material availability, or unforeseen site conditions. We will keep you informed of any changes to the expected completion date.

Warranties

We stand behind our workmanship and provide warranties as specified in your project contract. Material warranties are provided by manufacturers. Any warranty claims must be reported promptly and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Liability and Insurance

ESC Escondido Masonry is fully licensed, bonded, and insured. We carry general liability insurance and workers compensation insurance for your protection. Our liability is limited to the extent provided by our insurance coverage and as specified in your project contract.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing clear access to work areas, securing any necessary homeowner association approvals, and disclosing any known issues with the property that may affect the project. You must also ensure that all utility locations are marked before excavation work begins.

Permits and Regulations

We will advise you on permit requirements for your project. Permit fees are typically separate from service fees. All work is performed in compliance with local building codes and regulations.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation terms and any applicable fees will be outlined in your project contract.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, we encourage open communication to reach a fair resolution. If necessary, disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in San Diego County, California.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
